All meals are prepared with only the freshest vegetables and produce available. Everything is hand prepared on the premises and offer a fine selection of wines to complement any of the delicious meals on the menu.

Most dishes can be adapted to accommodate almost any dietry requirements, restrictions or allergies. The restaurant is friendly to those with physical limitations as well.

Julian Davies has been a chef for over 30 years, preparing French, Italian and British dishes. Julian has participated in food preparation for two Royal weddings and was selected as Chef of the Year 2003 at the Wirral Tourism Awards for Excellence.
